Good Friday assault in Swanage

A man has been arrested for assault in Swanage, after Purbeck Police, on a routine patrol, was flagged down by local residents and alerted to the incident. The police then spent a few hours taking witness statements and making other enquiries.

The team then continued on their patrol around Swanage and across Purbeck, making sure that everyone was staying at home and keeping safe. Purbeck Police on social media said:
