UPDATE: Dorset Police say the man has now been found safe.
A search for a 35 year old man from the Isle of Wight, who was last seen in Swanage while on holiday, is being conducted by Dorset Police.
Last seen in the High Street
Officers are appealing for information from the public as they carry out enquiries in order to locate the man called Daniel.
He was reported missing having last been seen in the High Street at around 12 noon on Saturday 29th March 2025.
Daniel is described as six feet four inches tall and of slim build with thick, dark unkempt hair and a pale complexion.
He was wearing a dark green Barbour baseball cap, brown Barbour jacket, possibly with a shirt and jumper underneath, and navy blue chinos.
The police say Daniel lives on the Isle of Wight and was staying in the area on holiday.
“We all just want to check that you are OK”
Inspector Chris Meade, of Dorset Police, said:
“While we have no information to indicate Daniel has come to any harm, he has not been seen for some time now and it is reported he does not have his mobile phone with him.
“We are keen to locate him and make sure that he is all right and I would urge anyone with any information regarding Daniel’s whereabouts to please contact us.
“I would also like to appeal directly to Daniel if you see this, to please make contact with us or your loved ones and let us know where you are. We all just want to check that you are OK.”
