Police seize dangerous car in Swanage with child passenger

Purbeck Police have confiscated a vehicle in Swanage that was assessed as being in a dangerous condition.

The car, a white Ford Ecosport was seized on Wednesday 12th May 2021 in Rempstone Road in the centre of town.

“A young child in the rear of the car”

Purbeck Police said:

“The car was in a dangerous condition, the MOT had expired and it also showed that it had no road tax since January 2020!

“There was a young child in the rear of the car. You are responsible for your vehicle and the safety of your passengers.”
