Following on from a sell out show in 2023, the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra is bringing an ensemble of 14 musicians back to Swanage in Dorset to play music from well known films and stage shows.
Billed as West End to Hollywood, the touring concert will be at The Mowlem in Shore Road, starting at 7.30 pm on Friday 7th March 2025.

Affordable and accessible prices
This is part of Artsreach’s 2025 spring programme, bringing live music and theatre more often found performing in London or city centre venues, directly to Dorset villages and rural towns at affordable and accessible prices.
The charity, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary in 2025, receives its funding from Arts Council England, Dorset Council and from a share of the ticket sales.
The inspirational and quirky programme varies, featuring comedy, theatre productions, children’s shows, and music performances, with the chance to see the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (BSO) touring ensemble a particularly special opportunity.

Sadly, all of the orchestra wouldn’t fit on The Mowlem stage
