The van with the registration plate PL10 ETZ, could now be disposed of, if no one comes forward to claim it.

Dorset Council environmental enforcement team said:

“This vehicle is subject to a live investigation and is suspected to have been involved in environmental crimes within Dorset.

“It has now been seized pending that investigation. It was seized under Sections 33/34/34B of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (breach of duty of care and illegal depositing of waste).”

The enforcement team says if anyone has a valid claim to the vehicle and can support it with evidence and documentation, then they must contact Dorset Council before Friday 27th March 2026 to prevent it being disposed of.
