For both the permanent and seasonal jobs, there’s a mixture of full and part time roles and there’s a pay award pending so the salaries are expected to increase from April 2022. All employees can join the Local Government Pension Scheme.

“Huge job satisfaction”

Swanage Town Council business development manager, Culvin Milmer said:

“It’s a good opportunity to meet staff and managers in an informal setting and for people to ask any questions they like. Some aren’t always sure about what a job entails so we can find out more about them and match their skills to a role. We’re happy to point people in the right direction.

“We’re looking for good quality staff. On the face of it some roles may not seem that exciting but can actually offer huge job satisfaction, so if a person has the right skills it’s worth having a chat.”
